2 pounds Velveeta cheese
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) chili without beans
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 bag (16 ounces) potato chips
Cut cheese into cubes and put in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Add chili and tomatoes and loosely cover with plastic.
Heat on High power for 2 minutes and stir.
Cover and heat on High power for 3 more minutes and stir.
Cover and heat on High power for 1 more minute or until chili con queso is melted.
Serve warm with chips.
