1 jar Texas-Two Step Chili
1 pound Ground Beef
2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon Adams Reserve Sea Salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions, including tops
Prepare Texas Two-Step Chili with ground beef according to directions on jar. Set aside 1
1/2 cups for recipe. Refrigerate remainder for another meal.
Combine sour cream, cilantro and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Spread the sour cream mixture onto a serving plate, leaving a 1-inch border around the per
imeter. Spoon 1 1/2-cup Chili over the sour cream, leaving a 1-inch border of sour cream
