5 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Louisiana Hot Sauce

1 Tbsp H-E-B White Wine Vinegar

4 Tbsp H-E-B Butter

3 cups Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil for frying

24 fresh chicken wings trim excess fat


Heat the oil in a heavy skillet or electric fryer to 375F.Season chicken wings with salt &
pepper to taste and fry 5 to 6 at a time in hot oil until golden brown (about 10 minutes)
. Drain fried wings on paper towels.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the butter, wine vinegar and hot
sauce and stir until butter is melted. Season the sauce to taste with salt & pepper. Add t
he fried chicken wings and stir to coat the wings with the sauce. Lower the heat to low an
d cook wings for 10 to 15 minutes so that they absorb the sauce. Serve the wings warm
