1 package (10 oz) mixed salad greens
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup shredded Monterrey or Jalapeno Jack cheese
1 container HEB chunky chicken breast meat with BBQ sauce
2 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup sour cream, regular or fat free
Place salad greens, tomato, onion and cheese in large salad bowl and toss.
Add chicken, tortilla chips and sour cream; toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
