1 personal-size watermelon, scooped into balls
1 each cantaloupe and honeydew melon, scooped into balls
1 c. fresh blueberries
¼ c. fresh mint leaves
Combine all the melon balls in a large salad bowl. Sprinkle blueberries and mint leaves ov
er melon balls, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Combine lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, and honey or sweetener in a salad dressing s
haker or jar. Pour dressing over melon ball salad just before serving.
