Ingredients

¼ lb. goat cheese

¼ c. minced fresh basil

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

24 mini peppers

Directions


In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Mix with fork until we
ll blended. Using a small spoon, scoop about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture and carefull
y stuff into peppers.
