Grilled Teriyaki Pineapple Pork Skewers
2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 2-inch cubes
1 c. Central Market Organics® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 sweet yellow onion, cut into 2-inch chunks
1 each: red, yellow, and green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch squares
1 fresh golden pineapple, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
Place pork and sauce in zipper bag and marinate for at least 30 minute
s or until ready to grill. Turn several times while marinating.
Prepare skewers with onion, pork, pepper, and pineapple, repeating unt
il skewer is filled. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until rea
dy to grill.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Grill for 8 minutes on each s
ide or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
