Turkey Meatballs & Roasted Carrots
- 1 egg
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 zucchini, grated
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and set aside.
In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients together and mix well.
Form into 12 small meatballs.
Place carrots and meatballs together on prepared pan. Roast 35 minutes
or until meatballs are done and carrots are tender.
