1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. sake
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. Sriarcha Sauce (or some other type of hot sauce)
2 c. pineapple chunks
12 12 wodden skewers
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag, seal, and sh
ake gently to combine. Chill 30 minutes to an hour.
Meanwhile, soak skewers in water 20 minutes
Preheat grill to Medium.
Remove skewers from water.
Thread shrimp and pineapple alternately on the skewers. Grill 3 to 4 m
inutes per side.
Serve with H-E-B Pineapple Edamame Fried Rice.
