Tomato Basil Salmon

Ingredients

* non-stick cooking spray

4 ounces salmon fillets

1 tsp. dried basil

1 tomato, thinly sliced

2 tbsp. olive oil

4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions


Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with foil then lightly
spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place salmon on the foil, skin side down. Sprinkle each fillet with dr
ied basil, top with a tomato slice, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkl
e with Parmesan cheese.
Bake approximately 15 minutes.
