Roasted Halibut Mango Pico de Gallo
1 lb. halibut Filets
1 Tbsp. lime pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. H-E-B Fresh Mango Pico de Gallo
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Season halibut generously with lime pepper and drizzle with oil.
Place on a foiled sheet pan and roast in the oven and roast for 15 min
Remove and serve with a generous serving of mango pico de gallo.
