Gluten Free Spaghetti and Shrimp

8 oz. H-E-B Gluten Free Spaghetti

2 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 Tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves garlic, sliced

2 c. spinach, chopped

2 - tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

3/4 Tbsp. white wine or chicken stock


Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with warm water, dra
in, and keep warm.
Meanwhile, season shrimp with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Heat a large nonstick skillet to Medium-High.
Add shrimp and garlic to the pan. Cook 2 minutes, flip shrimp over, an
d then add spinach, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
Pour in wine or chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat
and serve over pasta.
