Combine mushrooms, black beans, mustard and seasoning in the bowl of a
food processor and pulse to combine. Mixture should be chunky.
Remove to a large bowl. Add egg and bread crumbs, and mix to combine.
Divide into 4 equal balls and press to flatten.
Heat a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Add canola oil, swirl to c
oat pan and cook patties 3 minutes per-side.
Place patties on thin rounds and garnish with your favorite toppings.
