1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Central Market Organics 100% Whole Wheat Gemelli, cook
1 cntr. H-E-B Yellow Soup
1/4 c. greek yogurt
2 c. low sodium chicken broth
2 c. H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
In a large saute pan, heat oil and saute mushrooms and garlic together
Add to the cooked pasta.
In a separate pot combine yellow soup, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, an
d Mexican blend and Parmesan cheese over medium heat until cheese is m
elted and sauce begins to thicken.
Pour over pasta and mushroom, and stir gently. Serve immediately.
