8 eggs, beaten
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 refrigerated 9" pie crust
2-3 slices reduced sodium ham, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Unroll pie dough into a 9-inch pan and press down firmly. Poke holes i
n the bottom crust with a fork. Place pie pan with uncooked dough on a
baking sheet (to make it easier to handle).
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into the crust.
Place baking sheet with filled crust in oven and bake 50 minutes or un
til quiche has set. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
