3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 jar (16 oz.) marinara sauce
1 c. low sodium chicken broth
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen cheese ravioli
In a large pot cook meat with olive oil until well browned. Drain any
access fat, remove meat and set aside. Add mushrooms to same pot and s
auté until browned. Return meat to pot and add garlic. Cook a few minu
tes then stir in marinara sauce and chicken broth.
Add ravioli and stir. Bring sauce to a simmer for 8 minutes or until r
avioli is done. Serve immediately.
