Grilled Tuna with Tomato Feta Relish

Ingredients

4 frozen ahi tuna steaks

2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided

1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper

1/4 c. low fat feta cheese crumbles

1/2 c. kalamata olives, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 c. chopped parsley

1/2 small red onion, small diced

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions


Defrost tuna steaks.
Preheat grill to Medium-High.
Brush tuna with half of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill steaks 3 minutes per side for medium and 4 minutes per side for
well-done. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon relish over tuna and se
rve.
