1 pkg. H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

2/3 c. water

1 Tbsp. canola oil

1 c. H-E-B Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix


Preheat waffle iron.
Mix water, oil, maple syrup and Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix; Blend
well (somewhat lumpy batter makes light, fluffy waffles).
Heat chopped bacon in microwave according to package directions.
Spoon 1/4 cup batter into hot iron and immediately add approximately 1
Tbsp. bacon per waffle.
Close waffle iron and cook according to waffle iron directions.
