Bacon and Cheddar Waffles
1 pkg. H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon, small diced
1 1/2 c. H-E-B Natural Cheese Cheddar, shredded
2/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 c. H-E-B Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix
Preheat waffle iron.
Mix water and oil and Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix; Blend well (som
ewhat lumps batter makes light, fluffy waffle).
Heat chopped bacon in microwave according to package directions.
Spoon 1/4 cup batter into hot iron and immediately add approximately 2
Tbsp. cheddar and 1 Tbsp. bacon per waffle.
Close waffle iron and cook according waffle iron directions.
