4 whole wheat pitas
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and mix just until combine

Heat a large nonstick skillet on Medium-High and coat with cooking spr
ay. Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. You
may need to do this in stages.
Prepare sauce by incorporating yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic in a sm

Cut each pita in half, stuff with one patty, and spoon in sauce. Add l
ettuce and tomato as desired.
