1 lb. salmon fillets, cut into 4 portions

2 Tbsp. honey

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. sesame seeds


Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place the salmon on the foil-lined baking sheet, skin-side touching th
e foil.
Combine the honey, soy sauce, and mustard. Mix well, then spoon over s
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Try it with steamed broccoli and brown rice.
