1 lb. salmon fillet

1 orange, sliced

1/2 Tbsp. honey

1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/2 Tbsp. olive oil


Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place salmon fillet on a foil lined bak
ing sheet.
Slice oranges very thin and set aside. Combine the honey, oil, and bal
samic vinegar together in a small bowl.
