Ingredients

1 pkg. raw turkey breast cutlets

4 reduced fat mozzarella cheese sticks

4 slices lean, low-sodium ham

1 apple, sliced

Directions


Lay the sliced turkey breast cutlets out flat on a clean surface.
Layer in 1 slice of ham per cutlet, a cheese stick lengthwise, and a f
ew apple slices.
Roll the turkey cutlets up and secure with a tooth pick.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove and let stand 5 m
inutes before serving.
