4 oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened

1 tsp. cinnamon

3 Tbsp. powdered sugar

80 large toasted pecan halves


Combine cream cheese with cinnamon and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl
Transfer cream cheese mixture to a plastic zip-top bag. Cut the corner
of the bag and pipe the filling out onto 40 of the pecan halves. Then
top each with another pecan to form a sandwich.
