Breakfast for Dinner "Breakfast Pizza"
2 bake shop rounds
2 oz. low sodium ham
1/4 c. shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. salsa
Preheat oven to 400°F. Gently toast bake shop rounds on a
heet pan then remove and set aside.
In a nonstick pan over medium high heat, cook the
Canadian bacon, remo
ve, then gently scramble the four eggs.
Season with pepper.
On each toasted round place a spoonful of salsa then ham,
eggs, then c
heese. Place back in the oven and bake until
cheese is melted.
Top with more salsa if desired and serve.
