Open Faced Turkey Apple Sandwiches

Ingredients

8 oz. leftover turkey breast or H-E-B In-House Roasted Turkey Breast

1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and sliced thinly

2 H-E-B Bake Shop Rounds

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, low fat

2 Tbsp. dried cranberries

4 oz. sliced low-fat swiss cheese

Directions


Set oven to low broil and place a foil over a baking sheet. Spread out
the bake shop rounds and place under broiler for a few minutes. Remov
e from oven carefully and set aside.
Chop cranberries finely and mix with mustard and mayo in a small bowl.
Spread a thin layer of cranberry mustard on toasted bake shop rounds.
Layer turkey, apples and cheese.
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
