1/4 c. mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. ketchup

1 Tbsp. sweet relish

2 tsp. apple cider vinegar


4 slices marbled rye bread

4 slices roasted turkey breast, two slices per sandwich

4 slices swiss cheese, one slice per sandwich

1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained

1 Tbsp. salted butter


Make dressing: whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, relish and vinegar together
in a small bowl.
Spread dressing on 1 side of each slice of bread. Build each sandwich
with 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese and 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and
top with second slice of bread dressing side down.
Melt butter in a large non-stick pan over Medium-High heat. Carefully
place each sandwich in the pan. Cook sandwich turning once until crisp
on both sides. Remove from skillet and serve.
