Chicken & Spinach Artichoke Calzone

1/2 pkg. chicken feta sausage, casings removed

1 pkg. (5 oz.) spinach, chopped

8 artichokes, drained and chopped

1 jar (8 oz.) marinara sauce

* all purpose flour

1 pkg. refrigerated pizza dough

1 c. shredded part skim mozzarella

2 Tbsp. olive oil


Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place a sauté pan over Medium-High heat. Add sausages, breaking
up with a fork, and cook 6 minutes until crumbled and nicely browned.
Combine cooked sausage, spinach, artichokes, and marinara sauce in a l
arge bowl.
Lightly dust 2 baking sheets with flour and place 1 pizza crust on eac
h. Spoon 1/2 of sausage mixture on 1/2 of each crust and top with 1/2
