In a medium sauté pan over Medium heat, add apples, butter and
Tablespoon brown sugar. When apples are hot, stir in nutmeg and cook
10 minutes. Remove and cool.
While apples cool, place heavy cream in a large bowl. Add remaining
gar and cinnamon. Mix on high until whipped cream has stiff peaks.*
Place cooled apple mixture on crepes and gently roll up. Once rolled,
spoon any leftover liquid over crepes and top with cinnamon whipped
eam and blackberries.
