1 box (16 oz.) H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Angel Food Cake Mix
1 1/3 c. H-E-B Espresso Cafe Ole, extra-strong brewed
1 1/4 c. Hill Country Fare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
3/4 c. H-E-B Heavy Cream
1 can (7 oz.) Hill Country Fare Real Dairy Whip Cream
Prepare cake mix according to package directions using
ffee instead of water. Cool cake as directed.
Make ganache: melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with cream in a saucepan
over Low heat. Pour mixture into bowl.
Cool 20 minutes. Whisk chocola
te mixture to thicken.
Place cooled cake on cake platter. Spread ganache over cake starting f
rom the top. Place in freezer 10 minutes to
set icing. Slice cake into
12 slices with an electric knife and top with whipped cream, if desir
