Beef Chili With Black Beans

2 Tbsp. canola oil

1 medium onion, diced

1 1/2 lbs. H-E-B Lean Ground Chuck

1 can (15 oz.) black beans

3/4 c. H-E-B Plum Tomatoes

1 can (4 oz.) H-E-B Tomato Paste

3 Tbsp. chopped garlic

1 Tbsp. ground cumin

1 Tbsp. ground chili powder

1 cntr. (32 oz.) Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth


Bring a pot to Medium-High. Add canola oil and onions. Cook 5 minutes.
Add ground chuck and cook until browned, about 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and
cook 1 1/2 hours.
