1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Cajun Seasoning Rub
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. fat-free evaporated milk
1 c. Canyon Foods Cajun Creole Sauce
* rice, cooked (optional)
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning rub.
Bring a large skillet to Medium-High heat. Add oil, and
on each side approximately 5 minutes.
Add evaporated milk and Cajun Creole Sauce;
simmer 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and enjoy alone or over rice.
