Ingredients

1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 large H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Ultra Thin & Cripsy Pizza Crust

4 Tbsp. bbq sauce, divided

1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 c. diced red onion

1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

Directions


Place chicken in a medium saucepan, cover with water and bring to a bo
il. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 1
65°F. Cool, shred, and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pizza crust on baking pan.
Add 3 Tablespoons BBQ sauce to center of crust and spread to 1/2" of e
dge. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over sauce. Add chicken, onion and cucumb
er. Drizzle remaining BBQ sauce over pizza and top with remaining chee
se.
Bake 10 minutes, or until desired crispness. Cut into 8 slices.
