2 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
3 H-E-B Prepared Vegetable Skewers
1 lb. sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes
Make marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, cumin, and salt in a gal
lon-size zipper bag.
Add vegetables (removed from skewers) and sirloin to marinade, seal ba
g, and turn to coat all
ingredients. Place in refrigerator to marinate
for at least 30 minutes.
Bring grill to Medium heat.
Drain marinade. Alternate vegetables and beef on skewers until all 8 s
kewers are complete.
Grill 5 minutes on each side with the lid and vent closed. Remove from
grill and enjoy!
