Ingredients

4 slices H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat with Honey Bread, toasted

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

4 slices H-E-B Maple Turkey Bacon, cooked

8 H-E-B Angel Sweet Tomatoes, halved

1 pkg. (10 oz.) H-E-B Baby Spinach

1 small Haas Avocado, cut into chunks

4 wooden skewers

Directions


Trim crust and spread one side of each slice of toast with ranch dress
ing, then cut into fourths.
Cut each slice of bacon into four equal pieces.
On each skewer, layer bread, bacon, tomato, spinach and avocado. Repea
t until ingredients are evenly distributed.
