1/4 c. Hill Country Fare Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lime, juiced & zest
1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. H-E-B Relish that Corn Salsa
In a medium bowl, whisk together
olive oil, lime juice and zest, soy s
and garlic powder.
Add steak and toss to coat. Cover and
set aside 15 minutes.
Heat grill to Medium-High and coat
grill racks with oil or cooking spr
Grill steak just until grill marks appear, 1-2
minutes per side or unt
il desired doneness.
Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes, then slice
the grain into 1/2 inch strips.
Arrange steak on a platter and serve
with Relish that Corn Salsa.
