Apple Seasoned Pork Chops
4 servings of 1 Pork Chop
2 tsp. unsalted H-E-B Butter, divided
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 medium Fuji apple, thinly sliced
4 pork chops
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. almonds, toasted
* H-E-B Ground Cinnamon
Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a large
skillet over Medium heat. Add onion,
garlic, and apples; sauté 8 minutes.
Remove mixture from pan and
To the same skillet, add remaining
butter. Place pork chops in skillet
sear each side 2 minutes.
Add wine, bring to a boil. Add apple
mixture back to skillet, cover, a
5 minutes over Medium heat.
Serve pork chops with apple mixture;
top with almonds. Add salt and
nnamon to taste.
