Roasted Pear Garden Salad
4 small firm pears, cored and sliced
1 Tbsp. honey
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Dole Baby Garden Blend
1/2 c. H-E-B Walnuts, chopped
1 c. H-E-B Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
* Central Market Salad Dressing, your favorite flavor
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pears on
baking sheet, peel-side dow
n, drizzle each
slice with honey, and roast 10 minutes.
In large salad bowl, toss salad greens
with dressing, walnuts, and be
