Chicken Pasta Salad

1 pkg. whole wheat spiral pasta

2 c. rotisserie chicken, shredded

1/2 c. finely chopped sour pickles

1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery

1 c. fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 c. light mayonnaise

1 tsp. salt


Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse with cold water, and
drain well. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, pickles, celery, and spinach. S
tir in pasta and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill until
ready to serve.
