1 pkg. H-E-B Frozen Rhubarb

1 c. brown sugar substitute

1 lb. turkey tenderloin

6 slices Central Market Apple Cinnamon Uncured Bacon


Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cranberries and rhubarb in a 9x13 bak
ing dish and sprinkle with brown sugar substitute.
Evenly wrap tenderloin with bacon. Place over cranberries and rhubarb.
Baked uncovered about 45 minutes or until internal temperature of turk
ey reaches 165°F.
