Honey Mustard Pork Chop Bites

Ingredients

• non-stick cooking spray

4 boneless thick cut pork chops

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce

1/4 c. H-E-B Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth

1 Tbsp. pure honey

1 Tbsp. brown mustard

1 tsp. finely chopped garlic

Directions


Spray a 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over Medium-High heat
.
Cube chops into 1-inch pieces and sprinkle all sides with pepper. Plac
e in hot skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Tur
n pieces over; cook 3 minutes more or until slightly pink in center. R
emove from skillet.
Combine soy sauce, broth, honey, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl;
mix well. Add to same skillet, heat 1 minute or until mixture comes to
a boil, stirring frequently.
Pour sauce into individual sauce cups and serve with pork bites for di
pping.
