Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Ingredients

1/2 c. H-E-B Parmesan Cheese

1/4 c. H-E-B Unsalted Butter, softened

3 Tbsp. H-E-B Mayo

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1/4 Tbsp. dried basil

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

1/8 tsp. onion powder

1/8 tsp. H-E-B Kosher Salt

2 lbs. tilapia fillets

Directions


Preheat oven broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line with aluminum foil
.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, butter, mayo and lemon juice. Se
ason with basil, pepper, onion powder and salt. Mix well and set aside
.
Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan. Broil a few inches
from heat 2 to 3 minutes. Flip fillets over and broil a few more minut
es.
Remove from oven and cover tops of fillets with Parmesan mixture. Broi
l 2 more minutes or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily wi
th a fork. Be careful not to overcook fish.
