1 c. lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. high-fiber cereal
1/2 c. steel-cut oats, uncooked
1/2 c. raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 c. dried blueberries
10 dried apricots, diced
2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. honey or agave nectar
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line bottom of an 8" x 8" baking pan with f
oil and coat with cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with honey or agave a
nd stir until combined.
Spread into prepared pan and bake until edges begin to turn golden bro
