2 slices H-E-B Bake Shop High Fiber Heart Healthy Bread

1 Tbsp. reduced fat cream cheese

1 Tbsp. dried blueberries, chopped

1 tsp. mini-chocolate chips

Directions


Trim bread crust (optional) and toast bread in waffle iron.
Spread cream cheese on toast. Top with blueberries and chocolate chips
. Place bread slices together to make a sandwich.
