1 box (13.25 oz.) H-E-B Pasta

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil

1 1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped

1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

1 c. blueberries

2 tsp. lemon juice

3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

• salt and pepper


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large
bowl. Toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Combine pasta, cauliflower, tomatoes, and blueberries. Drizzle with le
mon juice, balsamic vinegar, and seasonings. Chill until ready to serv
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
