Pistachio Gorgonzola Chicken Burger

Ingredients

1 lb. H-E-B Ground Chicken

1/4 c. pistachios, chopped

1/3 c. Gorgonzola

1/4 c. dried strawberries, finely chopped

1 pkg. butter leaf lettuce

• sliced cucumber

Directions


In large bowl, combine chicken, pistachios, Gorgonzola, and dried stra
wberries. Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
Heat grill to high. Place patties on grill. Cook about 6 minutes per s
ide or until fully cooked through. Exact cooking times will depend on
heat of grill/pan as well as thickness of chicken burger.
Serve burgers in lettuce wrap, top with cucumbers and your favorite sa
lad dressing.
