King Ranch Chicken Casserole
1 lb. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 pkg. H-E-B Corn Poblano Soup
1 can H-E-B Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1/4 c. finely diced onion
12 H-E-B Corn Tortillas, torn into bite-size pieces
1 1/2 c. H-E-B Low-Fat Shredded Cheese
Preheat oven to 385°F.
In a medium bowl combine chicken, soup, tomatoes and onion, stirring u
ntil well blended.
In a 13x9x2-inch baking pan, layer tortilla pieces, soup mixture, and
cheese. Repeat for three layers.
Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
