1/2 c. low-fat milk
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 pkg. (12 ct.) H-E-B Sugar Cones
2 c. mini-marshmallows
1/2 c. mini-chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, use egg and milk to prepare cornbread mix acco
rding to package instructions.
Cover open area of a Bundt pan with foil. Use a toothpick to evenly pi
erce holes in foil. Gently press down each sugar cone into holes to se
cure while baking. -OR- Press foil in each cup of a muffin tin to crea
te a base for cone. Stand up cone in each muffin cup, wrapping bottom
of cone with more foil to secure.
Fill each cone 3/4 full of cornbread batter, push 4 marshmallows into
batter, and top with chocolate chips.
Bake 15 minutes or until done.
