2 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
2 H-E-B Tough & Easy Slider Bags, gallon size
1 bag (13 oz.) H-E-B Nacho Cheese Chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray
with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine chicken and mayonnaise in one bag. Seal and turn until mayonna
In second bag, crush chips using a rolling pin. Add chicken, seal bag
and turn 3 times until chicken is covered with chips.
Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or u
ntil chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
