Raspberry Chipotle Pork Roast
2 hours (30 mins. per lb. of meat)
4 lb. pork butt roast, bone-in
1 c. H-E-B More Fruit Raspberry Fruit Spread
1 can (3.5 oz.) chiptole peppers in adobo sauce
Preheat oven to 500°F. Reduce heat to 350°F.
Place pork roast fat side up in a Dutch oven.
